Weapons = He carries all sorts of weapons in his cloak. Hes got everything from the sharpest knife to the rarest gun. What he cant conceale in his cloak he hides away in another small closetlike dimension that he calls up whenever he needs that sort of weapon or tool.
Powers = He is made purely of energy relesed from all living things. Because of this differance in his creation and sustinance he can make himself appier to be anything he wants simply by taking a small molocule of energy right off there bodies. He is also adept at any element of magic you can think of because hes most likely made of a piece of it or can mix peices to make it. He also contains the ability to absorb energy and energy attacks at an unstoppable rate. Sometimes his "food" doesnt even know they are being drained since he generaly takes away the excess energy that would otherwise just float away.
Personality = His mood fluctuates sometimes if he gets the wrong kind of energy in him but he is ussualy just kind of dark and mysterious. He wears all black clothes and a black trenchcoat in which he hides most of his weapons. He wears a large wide brimmed hat to hide his face and black boots. His color choice in clothes reflects his dreary personality.
History = He is of a powerful race that is rarely seen and has come to evermore in search of some great power source that he can absorb into himself to make himself stronger. He was obiously not attracted at the rumers of the places prosperity but came instead because he heard it contained a lot of differant species and he needed the diversity in his diet.
