DAP NOTICES:

A big welcome to the new members of DAP who completed the orientation class this past weekend. The class was July 7th and included a match on Sunday, July 8th. To view some photos of the orientation class, click on:July class.

Here are the June 2001 Match winners by class:
The above results are unofficial. Check with Match Director Vince Dionisio for final results. Thanks to Vince for his hard work in setting a fast paced match with well run stages. This match also saw the first time use of new PACT timers and a Windows based scoring system that should speed up the process of match scoring.
However, scorekeepers are reminded to check that each shooter's total round count are correct for each stage. Errors delay the scoring process which still needs to be entered manually into the computer.

For latest up to date classification go to June 2001 classification.

The May 2001 DAP BBQ held on May 27th was an unqualified success. Sources tell me that the food provided by the Back Forty was excellent as usual. One photo of the event is posted below.

The monthly match scores for the April 2001 match have been posted. For overall results click here or go to left side of your screen and scroll down to April Match Scores and Photos. Thanks to MD Bruce Fitch and those who helped him with the stage setup. Nine new shooters who completed orientation the day before were on hand to compete in their first DAP match in the picture below along with orientation coordinators George Washnak and Wally Shoults. Our thanks go to March Match Director Larry Beasley for some interesting and challenging courses of fire. Also, thanks go to Tom Fugate and Paul Hara for helping to set up stages on Saturday while competing at another club match today. John Geisness other qualified shooters to volunteer as MD for the months of July and August. Anyone interested or able to assist others MDs with stages, contact John.
