Hershey is my first dog. We had dogs growing up,
but they were never mine. I had cats when I first left college, but never
had a place where I could keep a canine. I moved to the country, and a
friend of mine brought Hershey home in the middle of December. She was
just 6 weeks old and the color of a Hershey Bar. She's darkened in her
age but is still chocolate-colored. She was born on Halloween; her mom
was 1/2 Lab and 1/2 Husky. Unfortunately, her dad was a mutt with a lot
of chow and pit! But she's turned out sweet and smart. She's very lady-like
and gentle. The Veterinarians love her disposition. She's my girl.
