Yes, at that time I will return (restore) to THE PEOPLES (THE NATIONS A.K.J.V.) the pure word (a pure language A.K.J.V.), so that ALL OF THEM may call on the Name Yahweh, and serve Him with one accord; unity. (ZephanYAH [Zephaniah] 3:9, also cf. ZecharYAH [Zechariah] 8:20-23 & Psalm 45:17)

Yahweh Wants Redemption For ALL Men
Therefore I exhort first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made on behalf of ALL men;
On behalf of kings, and for all who are in authority. That we may lead a quiet and peaceful life in all holiness and reverence;
For this is right and acceptable in the sight of Yahweh our Redeemer,
Who wants ALL men to be redeemed, and come to the full knowledge of the truth.
For One is Yahweh; and One Mediator between Yahweh and men: the Man, Yahshua Messiah,
Who gave Himself as a ransom for ALL, to be testified of in the proper time. (I Timothy 2:1-6)

Then Yahweh said to Abraham, As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name.
