For this tour of Japan, George enlisted the help, talents and logistics of his (still) good friend Eric Clapton. Eric has always liked to tour Japan, citing the polite and loyal fans. When George wanted to expose his music again, it was Eric who convinced him to do a live tour of Japan. This was the only place where Harrison toured. Eric offered the use of his band as the "house band". Eric did get to play a few of his own numbers, however these were edited out of the official Harrison album and appear only on the bootleg recordings. - JCH

    The intro. to Pretending is listed as "Eric's Blues" on the CD cover. "Old Love" is cut during the keyboard solo (after the first guitar solo) and runs directly into the middle of Badge!!!! The 6 rating is not an exaggeration - this is an excellent audience recording. (R.B.)
