Ministry goals
The Lord has given us a burden to do ministry amongst the lepers in North Chennai. At present we are dong research work amongst the lepers in the city. There are 8 members in our ministry team.
The Lord has given us a vision for saturation evangelism and church planting among the lepers in Chennai, covering every leprosy colony by 2005. We need to see the lepers of Chennai filled with the knowledge of the Glory of God. To fulfill this vision we need to see living churches being planted in every leprosy colony in Chennai. We believe through this all lepers in the city can be reached with the gospel.
In order to achieve this goal, we also want to start DTS (Discipleship Training Schools) for the lepers. Through this training the lepers will be equipped to go out and plant churches in their colonies. Secondly we would like to give medical care and job training programs for them.
