With this spell the caster is able to detect & analyze one spell effect by examining the weave of magic that creates it. The caster is able to determine the complete details of any spell 7th-level or lower. The caster is then able to reweave the magic to create to have a different effect of the casters choosing. It takes one full round for the caster to effect the change. For example, a magical trap set to go off when good aligned creatures pass, could be changed to go off when evil aligned creatures pass instead.
