This powerful spell speeds up the casting of spells less powerful than itself. It allows next few spells cast by the caster to be cast by silent act of will alone, without material components, and with a casting time of 1. Moreover, all spells affected manifest for their full possible damage and duration. This spell enhances one spell for every five levels the caster has achieved.
Mind magic is only effective in augmenting the effects of spells of 8th level or less. If more powerful spells are used, they still count towards the total spells affected, but do not benefit from the mind magic spell.
