A spell from ancient times, it was formerly known to mortals as “Mystra’s balance”. It creates a special non-planar area that also happens to enchant nonmagical weapons to the point where they would normally be effective against whichever creatures they are used against. Versus vampires they would equal +3 weapons, vs. a lich they equal +1, etc. Thus all creatures in the area are affected as per the 5th-level priest spell, dimensional translocation (against this effect they save as half their normal level and also with half of their effective magic resistance).
