This spell was created by Twilight Thrillseeker to disrupt enemy spellcasters spells. It causes 1 hit point of damage at the beginning of each round (including the round it is cast). Only spellcasters with the Concentration* proficiency can hope to cast spells while this dreadful spell is in effect on them!
Victims of this spell get a saving throw vs. Spell to half the interrupts duration. This also halves the damage they will take, as the spell will not last as long.
