This spell matrix, as opposed to a typical spell, is actually a spell of each level from that of the most basic: 1st-level spells, up to the most complex: 9th-level magics. Thus the wizard must devote one spell of each level, 1st-level through 9th-level to finish its casting (it takes up one spell slot of each level, not just a 9th-level slot). Once cast, it allows the caster to cast any one spell of spell each level of the schools of Effect! Thus it is the perfect spell for a wizard to carry as it can be used as a single spell of each and every level from any schools she has access to. Each individual wizard constructs this spell on his own (or inputs their chosen spells into this spell constructing equation), thus each and every mage could possibly have a different version of this spell. Once an archmage locks their chosen magic of each school into this potent spell, they can never be changed. Although the spells the character will have access to still depends on his specialization, if any; as a wild mage would only have the variety of the schools of thaumaturgy to draw upon, while a generalist mage would or could not have the freedom to choose spells from the schools of either effect, nor thaumaturgy.

Thus any spell that the wizard knows and/or researches could be made to be a part of the greater whole of this spell, although only generalist mages and those in specialties that allow full access to almost all magics, like elementalists and wild mages would have full access, as specialists using this type of spell cannot cast any effects from the schools from their opposition schools. Furthermore, a wizard can cast only one such magic in any 10-day period (no other forms of abilities and/or magic can reduce the 24 hour waiting time before another can be cast either).
The material component for this spell is 9 hit points that are drained by the spells’ casting to power the above effects, and a priest of his faith must cast atonement on him within a month before casting this spell, thus to render him pure in the eyes of his deity and worthy of such a powerful spell matrix. (An atonement spell is good for an entire one-month period, so if a mage always casts this spell, he need only receive an atonement spell once per month.)
