These wings are nearly the same as wings of flying, however, they appear to be white eagle wings that allow the wearer to fly at a movement rate of 15 with a maneuverability class of B and increase the wearer’s AC by 2 points (for example, AC 4 becomes AC 2).
When the wings are wrapped around user (and up to 2 human sized people) they act as protection from normal missiles spell as well as an antimagic shell. The wings also live up to its name, as it allows the wearer to cast heal once per day, and they mend themselves if damaged, akin to regeneration or by a permanent mending spell constantly functioning upon them. The rates at which the wings repair themselves are 1 hit point per round. After 30 points of damage is done to the wings they stop working until fully mended.
Flapping the wings can also allow the wearer to create the effects of a minor gust of wind.
