This spell has two completely different functions: The first, enhances any one Divination or other spell that allows a wizard to see a different location or a specified area (such as Wizard eye), as long the spell is cast immediately after this spell. This spell enlarges the spells viewing area, by up to 10% per level of the caster. For example, Jordon Silverblade (M24) casts view more, then follows it with golden eye; the eye would then allow him to see 240% the normal area seen by this spell.
Secondly, if this spell is cast and is not followed by a spell to be enhanced, it instead grants the wizard a 5% chance per level of spotting invisible, out of phase or camouflaged creatures and concealed or secret doors (maximum of 90% at 18th level). This effect of this spell lasts for one round per level of the caster.
