The victim of the spell must roll two saving throws; the first one, vs. Spell for half damage, and the second vs. Paralyzation. If this save fails the victim will become paralyzied in 1d4+1 rounds in addition to the damage inflicted by the spell.
The material components are a human skull and a hammer, which are banged together.
