Visions

Written: OCT, 1998

Stark darkness cascades around your shoulders,
Framing your flawless, snowy skin.
Fiery eyes, the color of ice,
They cause me to burn with desire.

Remorse can also be found,
In that look of beauty.
Nothing have you done to me,
Yet I have hurt you with minor cause.

Forgive me my trespasses,
Deep pain I carry over it.
My sin goes with me ever,
As does the time you blessed me with.

Primal instincts drive me to
Hunger at your sight.
True feelings I still bare,
For your love and your grace.

Visions of you still dance,
Stunning before my eyes.
I wish again to once more view
That which is your paradoxical beauty.
