This spell is improved version of Nahal's reckless dweomer. It creates a likeness of the caster up to 20 yards away that casts a more powerful version of Nahal's reckless dweomer*. The spell cast by the duplicate spellcaster works exactly to that spell, except that the caster adds twice his level to the roll on Table 2 in the Tome of Magic.
If the spell cast by the duplicate has any negative effects, they are visited upon the duplicate spellcaster instead of affecting the caster. The duplicate spellcaster disappears at the end of the round, regardless of the spells effects.
