Spine Shank is a dwarven crafted heavy crossbow +3 that is made of ironwood and adamantine that also benefits from the various blueshine treatments. The butt of the weapon is inlaid with intricate runic patterns surrounding a huge darkened steel emblem of clan Bloodbringer, and its name is etched in dwarven runes within the indentation where the flight of the bolts are placed. Nalzi Bloodbringer, known for his outrageous aim with this great weapon, is also said to whisper directions to his crossbow and thereby telling the item where to fire his precious bolts. It is always being polished and is in great care in his sturdy hands.
