This shirt was made from the quicksilver/liquid steel breath weapon excretions of a great wyrm quicksilver dragon. It grants the wearer AC 5, and repairs any damage done to itself (as a permanent mending spell), and can only be worn only by Hal Strikelin.
This magical armor will produce Hal with a rapier of enchantment to use against his enemies. Spells may be cast freely while wearing such armor and thieving abilities are likewise not penalized, as it is only a shirt, not true armor. At will the holy symbol of Mystra can appear upon the chest and/or shoulders of the shirt; although, the chest symbol appears whenever spells are cast or when personal magic or item abilities are used. This item saves as metal or crystal, whichever is better and also gains +5 to all its saving throws.
