This horrid spell causes the victim's tongue to grow to enormous proportions. The growth is so much, that the victim can no longer speak. Thus, he can't cast any spells that require the use of verbal components. This spell effects one creature at 7th-level and one more creature for every 3 levels the caster has beyond 7th-level (1 at 7th-level, 2 at 10th-level, 3 at 13th-level, etc...).
For Example: Jude is a 11th-level mage and casts the mute of Vladimir spell, she could then affect 2 creatures, and will be able to affect 3 creatures when she reaches 13th-level.
