The Knight's Jewel

Written: MAY, 1999

To be without you in my life, my love,
Would be to die a horrid, lonesome death.
Without your love my soul is a dark heath,
For I'm only whole with your Wing and love.
And now I have let thee into my life,
Rule of my soul is yours, my fair Julie.
For without thy love I would cease to be,
The world would wither and fall into strife.
And I will still love thee, my precious Jewel,
While stars fall from sky, and the seas run dry.
With love as my shield, and beauty I cry:
A chivalrous knight I would be, not cruel.
Since you are so very special to me,
My fair princess, I give my love to thee.
