This spell is the same as the 4th-level Forcefend spell, except the spell lasts for 1 round per 5 levels of the caster and extends to a 6-foot radius sphere around the caster. Typically, this field will protect the caster and up to two other man-sized beings in the sphere.
The new target of the offensive spell receives a -2 penalty to his saving throw. Furthermore, if the new target succeeds his saving throw, then the secondary target is affected and suffers a -4 penalty to his save.
Notes: Uncommon for Incantatrix; otherwise very rare.
