You can call it a crush if you wish,
But you can’t change my mind.
For I loose myself each and every time
Her gaze rapes my eyes with beauty.
Can you just see the fires kindled
Or admire the passion evoked in me?
Can you just feel the heat from her gaze
And bath in the cold way her irises love my skin.
Your methodical thoughts tearing down emotion,
As if my feelings are nothing but nonsense.
In the end it may be so,
I’ve forgotten so much already.
But she had me ignited that time,
She can do it again, or perhaps another.
I live for these times; I need them as breath.
Can you just see when this happens: me.
