This cursed artifact permanently ages or reduces the age of all beings within the wearer's sight by one full age category, weakening them with no saving throw and only a creature with natural magic resistance can attempt to remain unaffected by this cursed item. Any and all other forms of magic resistance are corrupted by this foul item and cease to function against the amulet. The years gained or lost by the victims are then temporarily added to the age of the wearer; this effect of the amulet lasts 6 hours.
