This spell allows Tannus Blade to shape change (as 9th-level wizard spell) into a black male unicorn of the largest size with all the abilities of a normal unicorn and his classes. In this form, Tannus has the following spell related abilities (without class-related abilites):
The Black Unicorn: AC -7; MV 24; HD 17; hp 127; THAC0 4; AT# 3; Dmg 1d6/1d6/1d12; SA +2 to hit with magical horn, charge for 3d12 dmg, impose a -6 penalty to suprise rolls; SD sense enemies, teleport up to 360 feet away 1/day, immune to death spells, poison and being charmed or held by magic; SZ L (10' tall at shoulder).
As with the shape change spell, Tannus can shift to and from his original shape into that of the black unicorn at will (this takes 1 segment of a round to accomplish).
The material component for the black unicorn is a tuff of hair freely granted from a live unicorn.
