This weapon style reduces the speed factor of the user by 2 (-2 bonus to initiative rolls) and allows the user to now fire a long bow or heavy crossbow while mounted. it also reduces the hit penalties for mounted combat by -2 to hit. A specific weapon must be chosen, like bow, crossbow, sling, etc.
