When this spell is cast, all targets that currently carry spells memorized in their minds suffer the theft of randomly determined spells equal to 1d12 spell levels and also suffers internal damage equal to 1d4 per level of the spells stolen.
The purloined spells are gained by the caster, who can then cast them as extra spells with a simple act of will. The targets receive no saving throw against this spell as its dweomer makes it irresistibly attracted to magic. Spells that act as barriers to magic such as walls of force, antimagic shells, and prismatic spheres stop this spell as they do all others.
