This spell creates a shadowy guardian of shadowy force to watch over and protect the caster. This guardian senses creatures and its surroundings as if it were a common bat. It appears to be an exact replica of the caster, save that it is an albino with dark, shadowy tendrils crawling all over it at all times and has no apparent eyes! A blind guardian can always distinguish between other beings and its caster, despite the fact that it cannot see. Otherwise it has the same statistics of a typical 2nd-level drow fighter without any special or innate abilities.

The material component for blind guardian is small piece of a drow warrior's armor.
