This spell functions exactly as a common charm person spell; however, it imposes a -2 penalty to the victim’s saving throw and requires no speech to cast. In effect the caster breathes out a misty streamer of magical air the vivid color of azure blue. This azure breath then enters the victim’s mouth and acts as a more potent charm spell.
The caster merely opens his mouth and out flies the spell, very simple. So simple in fact that the caster can take up to half his current hit points in damage and still manage to cast this lightning fast magic.
