BOYS & GIRLS CLUB PROGRAMS
Ages 5 to 12

SUMMER DAY CAMP: Summer Day Camp for ages 6-12 will operate from July 9-AAgust 24,2001. Plans for this summer are already underway and it looks to be fun and exciting with lots of activities! Make the summer of 2001 one to remember! Cost for this program is $50 per week. 22nd family member 1/2 price. Deposit of $50 required to reserve your spot. Registration will be the month of MAY. You may only book for the dates you are sure your child will be attending.

COACH PITCH BASEBALL:This program is for ages 5-7 and teaches children the basics of baseball in preparation for joining Grand Manan Minor Baseball. There is no charge for this program but we need a minimum of 10 children to offer it, so please sign up! This program will run on Tuesdays & Thursdays starting July 17th, 2001.

MINOR SOCCER PROGRAM: This year the B&G Club Soccer Program will start in September. This program will run the same as Mini Basketball with two age groups (K-2 & 3-6). We need volunteers to help, please call the Club at 662-3653. You don't need to have any knowledge of Soccer. We will train you.

SUMMER TENNIS CLINIC:Pete Sesplankis will be holding his yearly Tennis Clinic this summer of 2001. This clinic teaches kids the basics of the game and is for children ages 8 and up. Date and time to be announced.

FRIDAY NIGHT ACTIVITIES: each Friday night from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. the Club is open to grades 3-5 for various activities. Events include movie nights, lyp sincs, craft nights and special events depending on the season.

BREAKFAST PROGRAM: This program operates daily during the school year at Grand Manan Community School for grades K-8. We offer toast and a drink for each child in the morning. If you are interested in volunteering or donating food items (bread, apple juice, cups) please call the Club.

THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM operates in conjunction with the school year on a daily basis from 1:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. at a cost of $2 per day. Children are given a daily snack and craft and the opportunity to join in various activities throughout the day. Facilities include 3 computers with various software, outdoor court, playground, craft table, movies, video games and various special events depending on the season.
