Welcome to my virtual photo album. In the tradition of computer
geeks everywhere, I am dedicating a page to my friends, my family
and (shudder to think) my pets. While I am aware that no
one in the world (aside from the subjects themselves) could
possibly be interested in such useless information, I feel
that if everyone else is going to abuse and exploit this
groundbreaking medium for communication, I may as well get in
on some of the action. Also, keeping the cat happy is a big
priority around here. Enjoy.
Here I am in front of City Lights Bookstore, home
to the beat movement in San Francisco. Photo courtesy of Dova.
I don't know this guy, but I call him the Mexican Albert
Einstein. Spotted him at the L.A. Zoo.
Well, here I am as a tyke. Was I too cute for words, or what?
Edna says I had a big head...but I don't think so.
This is my cute little Cuban grandma snoring away with
Autumn, my beloved beagle and Jackie, my not-so-beloved
poodle. Don't worry Jackie, I still love you.
Here I am with my pixie cut. Very STP, don't you
think? It's a lot longer now.
This is my little sister, Star. Don't get any ideas, guys, because
a)that's her boyfriend, and b)she's 15. Perverts, all of you.
My best friend in the whole wide world: Edna!
The much ballyhooed big fat Frosty can be seen around
the house, in this position, most of the time.
I opted to put up the pre-hotel party, photograph of myself
on prom night, so as not to spook the little ones.
This photo (courtesy of Jaimes Palacio) was taken at the Word Rave during June. I am all decked out (I had to make that sash myself...none of the trophy shops would hear of emblazoning "Miss Fucking America" across a pink satin sash) for a performance of "Give Me My Tiara, Bitch" (which can be found on the poetry page). Note the tiara. I win.
