Episode #23 "Hard Landing" Written by Michael Loceff Directed by Jon Cassar -Nikita escaped from the terrorist group known as "Freedom League". Now Nikita's love for Michael has drawn her back to him and she must find a way back into Section with the help of Michael and after a night together they find a way using a captured terrorist. But, will Section One uncovers the truth about Nikita's escape?Episode #24 "Spec Ops" Written by Robert Cochran Directed by T.J. Scott -Nikita has made her way back into Section One and is assigned to a new operative named, Jurgen who will train her. However, Kudrin is a captured by Section One and he may reveal Nikita's secret so Michael attempts to kill him and fails. Now Michael must hide the truth from Madeline and Jurgen by killing Kudrin, or compromising.
Episode #25 "Third Person" Written by Michael Loceff Directed by Jon Cassar -Birkoff discovers a new terrorist group named Helix which Section attempts to eliminate after series of acts. Jurgen trains Nikita back to health and as their relationship grows Michael becomes less certain of Jurgens attentions towards Nikita. Now, Michael must stop Jurgen from manipulating Nikita.
Episode #26 "Approaching Zero" Written by Michael Loceff Directed by Rene Bonniere -Jurgen and Nikita's relationship grows as they train and Michael tries to stop Nikita from continuing the relationship. What Nikita doesn't know is Jurgen and Sections true relationship, now Nikita is being used by Section to hurt Jurgen and they might both end up dead.
Episode #27 "New Regime" Written by Robert Cochran Directed by Jon Cassar -An operative makes an attempt to kill Operations and Operation is clinging to life. A new regime is brought into order named Petrosian. Petrosian makes Nikita his second in command. Madeline begins to warn Nikita about Petrosian but Nikita ignores this feeling that Madeline is just jealous until he asks her to kill Operations. Now Nikita must decide between operations and the new life Petrosian can give her.
Episode #28 "Mandatory Refusal" Written by David Ehrman Directed by Ken Girotti -Michael and his team are sent into a mission to kill an arms supplier but when the mission is breached, Michael is put into Mandatory Refusal which means he cannot communicate with Section until the mission is done. Michael must kill the man but the mission goes awry when Madeline is kidnapped by the arms supplier and Operations knows the only way to save her is if they kill Michael. Nikita must intervene if Michael is to live.
Episode #29 "Darkness Visible" Written by David Ehrman Directed by Ken Girotti -During a mission to stop a bombing Nikita discovers that Michael has more of a past to the bomber then known. Nikita attempts to uncover the relationship and finds out that the bomber, Rene, and Michael were friends in the 80's. Michael's past goes back to his sister and when Operations asks Michael to kill Rene, Michael must decided between the friend he loves and Section One.
Episode #30 "Half Life" Written by Maurice Hurley Directed by Rene Bonniere -Nikita and Michael are sent to a Balkan nation to assassinate an arms buyer but when Nikita finds two children who need their help, Michael and Nikita must help them and complete their mission. Unfortunately the children are too much of a distraction and now Nikita and Michael must risk their lives to get the job done.
Episode #31 "First Mission" Written by Peter Mohan and Jim Henshaw Directed by Guy Magar -Nikita becomes the leader of a team for the first time but when loyalties in her team are uncertain there is mutiny and Nikita must regain the trust and respect of all the members so that no one will end put their lives in jeopardy or no one ends up dead, including her.
Episode #32 "Open Heart" Written by Elliot Stern Directed by Rene Bonniere -Section discovers a human time bomb in a person and Nikita is sent into a prison to get the a woman who knows the information. Their relationships becomes entangled and when Nikita gets back into Section, they uncover the truth about the identity of the Human bomb.
Episode #33 "Psychic Pilgrim" Written by Michael Loceff Directed by Rene Bonniere -Nikita and Michael pose as a married couple and they are invited into a terrorists home where Nikita plays a psychic to gain access to their systems. Section One will infiltrate the home and kill the terrorist but the terrorist Whose son is believed dead will end up being tortured but not before he learns the fate of his son.
Episode #34 "Soul Sacrifice" -Nikita and a fellow female operative, Terry, become friends. On their second mission out, Terry backs down from completing a mission and when Terry reveals her secret about her pregnancy, Nikita must help decide the fate of the unborn child. Section has never allowed children within their walls and there is little Terry and Nikita can do but what can be done, must be done.
Episode #35 "Fuzzy Logic" -Birkoff discovers that a terrorist group is hacking their way into the Defense Department Satellite. When he is unable to stop them, Section is forced to bring in a young genius to stop them. However, his interests in Section get in the way and he finds out more about Section them he is ever permitted to. Now, Section must deal with the terrorists and the fate of the boy.
Episode #36 "Old Habits" -A new terrorist group has revealed itself and their plans are using bombs from lands mines in suicide bombings. Nikita must track one of the members of Bright Star to get more information but when Nikita discovers the man is killing young women she tries to bring justice for the deaths of these women.
Episode #37 "Inside Out" -Nikita and Michael are sent to Scotland on a mission while Section deals with a suspected hit by Red Cell. When a sample of a substance is taken by Section and brought in for analyzing, members of Section One being to fall ill and die. There is only one way to stop the illness from spreading and that is to get the maker of the plague to give the antidote. Nikita and Michael are sent to get the serum while Section One is heading for chaos. Will there be enough time to save Section?
Episode #38 "Not Was" -Nikita finds Michael after he is kidnapped during a mission by Orlando Perez. However, Michael has lost all his memory and now Nikita must help Michael to hide the truth from Operations or risk being cancelled. But, when Michael begins to reveal his true feelings for Nikita, she has to deal with his memory loss and also the feelings she has for him. Time is running out and Operations is becoming suspicious. Michael must recover his memory before Operations learns the truth or is cancelled.
Episode #39 "Double Date" -David Fanning has returned and has now been incorporated into Section One. Michael and Nikita are sent on a mission with him to stop an even more dangerous terrorist group but suddenly, Fanning takes Nikita hostage and demands that Michael return his abused wife, Lisa, to him within 24 hours or Nikita will die.
Episode #40 "Off Profile" -A new Section profiler has come to Section One but Michael believes she can't be trusted. To Nikita's surprise, Michael begins to romance Andrea and she can't help but feel jealous. When Michael suddenly breaks off the romance with Andrea, she becomes angry and vengeful. During a mission, Andrea attempts to kill Michael and without Nikita's help, Michael will die.
Episode #41 "Last Night" -Section One tries to capture a terrorist leader and unexpectedly, the leader turns out to be a computer. Madeline is sent to deal with it and unknowingly she misjudges the computer's ability to think out of pure logic and when she and Operations leave for a night out, the computer reveals it's true nature. Section may be in big trouble and it's up to Michael to lead Section against the terrorist acts lead by the computer.
Episode #42 "In Between" -Section discovers a wealthy terrorist who is funding upcoming terrorist attacks on civilians. Michael and Nikita are sent undercover to deal with the situation but Nikita's identity is discovered by Geraldi, but he claims to be an ex-operative in Section One. When Nikita informs Operations, he tells her to ignore this but after Nikita tells Madeline, she asks that she bring him in. When Nikita is in conflict with what Madeline and Operations wants, she discovers a deeper truth which stirs her so much and she finds out just how cruel Madeline can be.
Episode #43 "Adrian's Garden" -(A two part finale) The Mother of Section, Adrian, returns and tries to recruit Nikita to end Operations terrorist ways and self-serving missions. Nikita is hesitant to help but her own morals push her to side with Adrian. Now, she is working inside for Adrian and helping to bring an end to Section.
Episode #44 "End Game" -(A two part finale) Nikita works from the inside to stop Section One and Operations but as things begin to fall into place, Operations discovers the truth and stops Adrian from passing on section intel. When Nikita and Adrian attempt to make a final escape, they're brought into Section. Nikita reveals a hidden secret and then a final striking blow to Section. Nikita holds the fate of Section in one phone call.
