"Ike? Ike?" Taylor called for the 9 billionth time.
"WHAT?!?!" He finally had, had it.
"What's wrong with you man? Did you and Kathy get in a fight?"
"We got in more than a fight."
"You wanna talk to me about it?"
"Actually, yeah. I wanna tell people how much I fucking hate her!"
"So, what happened?"
"Ok, I was at her house. We fell asleep and at like 3:30 in the morning, I woke up and
she was on the phone, with her, OTHER BOYFRIEND!!!!!!! Do you believe that?! She
was like, 'oh baby you know I love you' and 'Ike is here. member him? My best friend?' Man,
I just wanna kill her!"
"Damn Ike. I feel for ya man."
"Well, how would you feel if LAUREN did that to you?!"
"Shit, I'd be pissed too."
"Yeah, well. I'll get over her. Hook me up with someone who looks like Jenny McCarthy
and she'll get SO jealous that she'll die."
"Look, I'd like to talk longer but I gotta go meet Lauren. Listen, we can talk
later. See ya." Tay said as he headed towards Lauren's house.
On the way there, he passed Zac and Nikki climbing a tree.
"Don't fall like your dumb ass, love sick puppy dog, brother."
"Huh?" Zac said.
"Nevermind." He mumbled and was finally at Lauren's. She was sitting on the porch.
'God damn. She looks so hot. Mmmmm.'
"Hi Tay."
"Hey beautiful."
She giggled.
"Where are we going?" She asked.
"To the park. Where else?"
"Oh, figures."
They grabbed hands and walked onto a path they had never walked before.
"Lauren, sit down here please."
"Ummmm, ok." She said sitting down on a bench.
He knelt down. "I know we are too young to get married. So I wanna give you this." He pulled
a small black velvet box out of his pocket, with a card under it.
"Read the card first."

I just wanted you to know, that I am going to love you until the day I die and I wanted
to give you this ring as a promise so that the day we are old enough to be married,
it'll happen. Thank you for withstanding the burden of my love.

she had ever seen. White Gold with a diamond right in the center.
"Lauren, will you marry me?" He asked with true feeling in his eyes.
"Yes, yes I will. I love you Taylor."
