The kids make Sportacus take a vacation, and while he's "resting" (he just can't sit still), Stephanie is going to be the LazyTown hero: Sportastephanie. Unfortunately, she's not too good at it, and when Robbie Rotten introduces a hero-chasing Robo-Dog that goes berserk, Stephanie must join forces with Sportacus (ending his vacation) and save the day.
