960th Viking Spouse's Website
Welcome to Folkvang, the 960th Viking Spouse's Group Website!
For any of you wondering about the name, Folkvang is the hall of Freya (wife of Od and leader of the Valkyries). Half of the souls slain in battles would go to Vahalla to become Odin's eternal warriors and the other half would be taken to Folkvang (see link for more information).
If anyone has any ideas for things they'd like included in the website, please let us know! We're just beginning this project to see how it works out and I promise to get everything up and on as soon as I can! Please email Kristi or myself if there is anything you'd like to share with everyone!
