Practical Real Life Self Defense in Malaysia

Everyday in the newspaper we can read about robbery, killing, theft, car park kidnapping, raping… are more cases then before. If the victims ( especially ladies – women self defence ) know the knowledge how to avoid or protect themselves from being exposed to the risk, this can put a stop to all this from happening. Protecting knowledge is how to be alert during a suspicious situations, using simple tools as self-defence weapon & simple effective free hand self-defence techniques!!

In the context of martial arts Kung fu translates as 'technique' though the Chinese would also refer to a Chef as having good kung fu if they wanted to compliment them on their culinary skill.

Shaolin chuan, Tai chi, Sin-yee, Pa-gua, Hung chuan, Chai Lee Fo,  Yong chun, Eagles claw, Five animals, Jeet kune do .....etc, there are so many forms of kung fu how can you ever know which to choose?

A philosophy & training formats for all martial arts as a reference as Wuji chuan or translates ‘Individual Development Self Potential’ is taught & founded by master Show, level 9 Tao World Kung Fu association.

Grand master Show has learned martial art since 4 years old & had many years experience of no holds barred fighting competition. He is 6 times World Ring Free-Fight champion, it should be noted this is not televised or commercial competition & a number of its participants are each year seriously injured. This is a risk the participants take in order to further their honest understanding of the martial art.

Show has taught the practical fighting techniques in Russia, Korea, Japan, the UK & Malaysia. The art combines comprehensive fighting techniques of kicking, punching, elbow-knee usage, grappling & ground work. The lessons will spread to 2 main points, mental & physical. 1).Mental training - Through the visualisation & special breathing method it can enhance your mental power as fighting spirit, overcome fear & will power. 2). physical training - In basic 8 factors, how to train to gain speed, accuracy & power? How to be a good distance controller with simple & effective foot work? How to catch the perfect timing & good balance? How to train fitness & stamina? & what strategies should apply on difference type of opponents? How to apply the techniques in real life situations?   

At higher levels Wuji chuan become formless & fight as nature as flawing water. This martial art is taught in the spirit that kind natured people can continue their personal development without undue restriction or intimidation from those of an alternate nature. The techniques taught are extremely dangerous & with this knowledge comes responsibility. Training should not be taken too lightly & we urge you to take extreme care of you sparring partners & do not let emotional situation blow out of proportion in the class or the street.
