William Tucker III

Supports D.A.W.N.

Jillian L. Martian once said, "Where the body is limited, the mind may excel..." And to be quite honest she couldn't have been more correct when making that statement. William L. Tucker III has made accomplishments, and achievements as a paraplegic that some of us could only dream of.

After bouncing back from a horrible snow mobile incident, which had left Mr. Tucker paralyzed from the waist down at the young age of twenty-six. William has squinted his eyes, and taken a bite out of life, that many people have grown to love, admire, and adore.

He's won the state wide wheel-chair championship three years in a row (the years of '98, '99, & in the year of 2000). He's made several generous donations to the American Handicapped Youth Foundation(r), as well as made his mark as an accomplished Handicapped bowler. His admiration, and thrust for life have touched us all, as written in the June, 1999 issue of the acclaimed, Time Life magazine.

William "sly dogg" Tucker, would like to thank Mark Rosewelics, and Danny Coopermin of the YMCA, as well as Derick Huchinson, and Donna Smith, of Red Cross for giving him the opportunity to excel, and achieve the great feats that he has.

William Tucker's Career bowling Highlights certificate, received during the '01/'02, American Handicapped Athletes ball, held in New York city, New York on 02/14/03.
