We shared old
memories and made new ones in the cool bay breeze of a
summer night on the water!
Well,Folks..... Needless
to say the party was quite a success and a good time was had by all.
If you failed to make this gathering, there is always the next
party, tenatively the "35th" reunion gathering. This was the
best reunion gathering so far....
Maybe we can all
think about the where abouts of our other classmates and search them
out over the next few years. We may not all be friends, but we
are all brothers and sisters of the class of 1971. If we had 72
classmates at the 35th gathering. Imagine 2X that number...
144... or more.... Our class was over 360 people strong.
As far as a joint North/South, from what I am told, we cannot find
any south alumni willing to work with us in a joint North/South venture.

Since no one took a good group photo, we are forced to use this photo of Rich Hollywood with Denise Langone and her dancin' coconuts. We must say, "You got a big set of brass 'coconuts', Denise !!! I think we have found the next Martin and Lewis duo.
Which brings us to the entertainment for the next gathering.
George Malast, Mike Taugher, Raul Pineiro, Steve Graves, Bill Reilly, John Mayhew are going to go for the Full Monty !!

Group
Photos
The "group" photos below were taken in sections. There were
too many people to get one good photograph. These are the only
photos available at the present time, if you have better photos, please
send them. Otherwise these
photographs will have to suffice.
The farthest was almost John
Simmons, who was all ready to come from Scotland and then was
detained.
Four people came from California: Brad Arensman,
Bob Wiorek, George Blankenship and John Mayhew. I think the next
farthest would be Guy Albanese from Texas. But there were other
travellers also: Rick Clark came from Minnesota, Peggy Truex
from Arkansas, Jerry Davis from Tennessee as well as six from
Florida and 2 from New England.
Here are some stats:
There were 72 alumni present
39 of us are in New Jersey:
16 from Toms River
12 from elsewhere in Ocean County
11 from elsewhere in the state
6 are in Florida
4 are in California
4 are in Virginia
4 are in Maryland
4 are in Pennsylvania
2 are in North Carolina
2 are in Illinois
1 in Texas
1 in Arkansas
1 in Tennessee
1 in Minnesota
1 in Vermont
1 in Maine
1 in New York
any corrections / additions to be made to distances traveled?
