Don't worry, I do the same thing sometimes when I try to find MY OWN page. That's the unfortunate thing about having a name like Jones...I'm sure the various Smiths out there will agree with me.

ABOUT ME

I am from Sunny Sheffield, the home of Henderson's Relish and yes, The Full Monty. I am have just completed a Physiology Degree at Leeds University. But now I'm back where I belong. At Leeds I represented the uni in rowing, here we are racing at the Head of The River Race on the Thames in London.

GRADUATION!

This is me in my finery outside the Parkinson Building at Leeds University just before I was conferred the degree of Bachelor of Science in Physiology.

USES OF HENDERSONS RELISH

Like I say, Hendersons Relish is (after me, Wards, Stones and Whitbread Trophy) the most delicious thing Sheffield has ever produced, here are some of it's uses.

Generously sprinkle on mincemeat when cooking shepherds pie, or spag bol, or home-made burgers.

Add to mashed potatoes when they need a bit of moistening.

Add to any food product to create a tasty meal.

Add half a bottle to a cup of hot water and pretend its Bovril.

Put a few drops in your mate's beer to see if he notices.

Use to colour toilet water as oppose to those green and blue flushes.

Rub into your skin on the first day back after the vacation and pretend you went to the Bahamas for Christmas.
