About Me
My name is Brandon Strubberg and I created this
site because I love throwing the shot put and discus. I am not the best thrower in the world
but I have a few medals under my belt. I am a junior at Austin High School in Sugar Land, Texas.
I began throwing in seventh grade and won quite a few meets. My high school credentials include
second place in my district as a freshamn on the freshman team, and I won many meets on the
junior varsity. I was moved upo to throw varsity 3/4 through my sophomore year but did not
place in any meets. This year I have placed three meets in shot put, earning a sixth, third, and
second place. I have only placed in discus at one meet: a fifth place. My all time personal
bests are: Shot put: 49' Discus: 119'8
This is a picture of my girlfriend Kimberly (she's
pretty cute huh) and me before our homecoming dance this year.
I also play football for Austin as the starting
center. We finished the season 3-7 but watch out, the Bulldogs will be in the playoff hunt this
upcoming season.
