The John Madden football team is a creation of William C. and William A. for Madden 2004. The qualities that the owners looked for in the players they chose to represent this fine organization are as follows: passion, extreme obesity, toughness, having a hilarious name, and most importantly, heart. The list of "starters" you see above is misleading, as the depth of this team is truly incredible. Key reserves include QB Danny DeVito, RB Joe Pesci, TE Gheorghe Muresan, DE Verne Troyer, LBs Surendar Datakanathan, Olutumininu Coker, and Jormquan Suwanketnikom, CBs Adnon Butts and George Fuck, and locker room catalyst Emilio Estevez. In their first game against the fearsome Amsterdam Admirals, the defense overcame an early setback to roll to a 330-7 victory. John Madden passed for 2047 yards, exploiting a mismatch in the secondary with Yao Ming for 17 scores. But this first game is only the beginning...and in the words of the veteran Emilio Estevez, "It's not worth winning if you can't win big!"
