My spiritual journey has taken me to Ottawa, Canada, Kansas City, Redding and Vacaville, California, and back to Azusa Street, Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. Along the way, I have been prayed over by various leaders from different nations, tribes, and tongues... I have been bringing what I have received and giving it back to my church in Long Beach. This painting was a "Thank You" gift to Pastor Louis Barragan, a first nations spiritual gate keeper of this region. He honored me with an eagles feather which I proudly wear on my head at church service. At times during the worship service I will be seen dancing like an eagle (at least that's what it feels like) and bringing freedom in the atmosphere. Guests who have visited our church have said the same thing. This was the first painting I've done in almost a year. I will be doing more.
