so i basically spent valentines day being a bum at my friend's house. sadly, no girls were involved, but we actually did do a lot of talking about them. thanks to me, being a huge perv, we got talking about how many hot girls we know (or in my case, USED to know) from higschool and how much we'd like to bang them. ok bang sounds really bad, but i spose its better than saying fuck or screw. ill stick with bang.

ya so we talked about that for a good while. not too complicated of a conversation but entertaining nonetheless. afterwards, we played some videogames and then a few of us went out for a pack of swisher sweets (those are cigars for you non smokers). it was freaking cold outside tho so most of the time was spent complaining about how tonight was such a shitty night for smoking and how no one else seemed to be around. i think everyone left for the long weekend so the streets were pretty much dead for activity.

it wasnt exactly a romantic evening, but it wasnt bad either. yet i can safely say it would have been a billion times (not an exaggeration) better if there were some ladies involved. somehow, spending a holiday like valentines with your buds just doesnt compare with a night with a girl. im not even going to ask why.

besides valentines day, my life has been horribly bland lately. school is about as exciting as school can get, which isnt mind blowing by any means (more like mind-numbing to tell the truth). i had the weekend off from work which was nice. i enjoy being a lazy ass so im not complaining. hmm, you can tell im just struggling for information here. id like to think im pulling a blank right now but the sad truth is theres nothing there to recall.

good lord its been a long time since ive updated. so here it is, my life for the past... month maybe? man i dont even remember when i updated last, and i dont feel like checking either. oh well, hopefully ill find some more shite to dig up for you punks.

ok so i havent been that unlucky today, but some crazy crap has happened so far.

like last night i was up really late, which is ok, but i have an early class on monday, wednesday, and friday which starts at 7:45. and my parents, being the loving people they are, always wake me up to get ready at about 6:30.

so i got to bed at 2 AM, which means if i fell asleep immediately, i would have gotten 4 1/2 whole hours of rest. i think i actually did fall asleep as soon as i got into bed so that was ok then. but ya, i started my day running off of very little rest.

like usual, i stumble downstairs to take a shower. i got in the shower, turned on the water (which was still kind of cold), and tried adjusting the showerhead to the angle i like it. man that sounds so picky. i dont actually have a specific angle i like the water to come out at, but i mean i sort of know where the right height is or whatever. anyway, i turn on the water like usual, but as am moving the showerhead, the stupid thing breaks off and clatters to the floor, and then i get sprayed with this ice cold jet of water.

then i kind of slipped around and quickly shut off the water. despite the cold of the water, i was still half asleep, and i dried off kind of and put back on my pajamas so i could go out and tell my parents the shower had busted. that didnt do much good because what were they really supposed to do about it anyway, so i went back in the bathroom, kneeled down, and stuck my head under the shower faucet and washed off my hair. i guess i could have taken a bath but with 5 people all needing to take a shower during the morning, im kind of strapped for time. plus we only have one bathroom so as soon as im done, my mom goes in.

ya so i finished up my half assed shower, and got a pop tart out to eat for breakfast, like i always do. that went well, so next i went over to the computer to go online for a bit while i eat. i saw the pc was in sleep mode so i moved the mouse around until the monitor turned on, and then i chose my account out of the list of ones we use for windows xp. ok, everything seems to be ok so far. oh but wait, whats this? Windows is now going into sleep mode? What? I thought I just logged back in from sleep mode. Hmm, thats weird.

so i sat there for like maybe 5 minutes waiting for the thing to load, which it didnt. i pushed the reset button so i could restart, since i figured maybe the computer was just messed up. windows started to load again, and i picked my account, again, and this time the desktop actually appeared, except now the mouse arrow wouldnt move. out of instinct i reset again. people always say third times the charm, yet from my experience, the third time is the worst time. now instead of loading anything, the computer decided to lock up and not work.

i had now just broken two things before id even finished my breakfast.

then my dad got kind of pissed off when i told him the computer was screwed up, and he says "Geez, stop touching stuff, everything you touch is breaking."

i figured now was a bad time to go to the bathroom since i was afraid my penis might break off too if i tried to pee. you know, because i have to adjust it to pee at a certain angle?

haha ok that was a bad joke, but hey im tired. so there is my bad luck morning for you. that took way more writing than i thought it would.

not a lot
sorry if this is worthless but i really have nothing to talk about. so basically im just updating for the sake of updating. fun.

ok so how was my weekend? not bad since it was 3 days, but i still didnt get a lot done. i worked seemingly all day saturday, took it semi-easy on sunday, and was a lump on monday. weekends go by so fast i dont even feel like i get a break. i cant imagine how bad its going to be when i actually get a real job.

school is fine, this semester is going to be crappy i think, but so far its not bad. my algebra class is numbingly easy, which is awesome considering math is my weakest subject. composition 2 is going to blow since i have to write a bunch of research papers. i hate that kind of writing. art is artsy, history is boring and goes to show that yes history does repeat itself. what was boring last year will once again be boring this year. psychology might be ok, but my teacher is a flake, so im not sure how good of a class that will be. overall id have to say school is about the same as usual, just slightly less entertaining. oh well.

oh something else thats kind of sucky is that the store where i work is going to start selling alcohol and tobacco this summer, so now im going to have to start carding people to check their age. plus im kind of bummed that i wont be able to make a joke when people ask for cigarettes. like someone would come in and be like "hey where are your cigarettes?" and to be a smartass id always say "well we dont have any of those, but we DO have the stuff to help you stop smoking." and just grin retardedly at them after it. maybe its time i retired that gag.

anyway, im getting back into the swing of things with school having started again, which means early bed times and even earlier wake up calls. im still online fairly late anyway, even tho i know i should be in bed by like 11 if i dont want to feel like a zombie the next morning. bleh.

dude i finally got my car back which is awesome. and despite what some people think, it has been gone for at least 2-3 weeks.

YESH, my mom brought those candy canes home yesterday too, so ive been munching on those like a candy cane fiend. well not really munching becuase who really munches candy canes, but like uhh crap i dont want to say sucking but thats basically what it is. ohh, i know, im letting it dissolve in my mouth. yeah, that sounds so much better.

as a side note, my cat is licking his crotch right now. apparently it must be dirty or else he is a huge pervert and has no shame. i mean cmon hes sitting there in plain view, as if i cant see him sneaking an extra lick. hairy.

bleh i guess my car is pretty frozen up out there this morning since its freaking cold out, so id better go take a shower and then warm that sucker up. stupid north dakota winters.

drivers wanted
i found out my car is finally done being repaired (what like 3 weeks later?), so im heading down to the shop this afternoon to pick it up. im kind of bummed about it because i really wanted to just take it easy today, but i spose its a good idea to do something and get the car. meh.

aghhhh you know something that really bugs me? stepping in water with my socks on. ah i hate that. like people track snow into the house which melts into little puddles of water, and then somehow whether by luck or lack of it, i ALWAYS happen to step in it. it never fails, even when im trying to be careful and dodge the drops of water, i step in them. so then i spend a good half hour or so with soggy socks on trying to let them dry out. i guess this could all be easily avoided if id just wear some slippers for once or maybe complain that everyone take their shoes off outside, but bleh. ill figure something out.

hmm and for some reason im really hungry for candy canes. i didnt have too many this christmas, which is weird, and now i suddenly want one. my mom keeps saying she has some at school shes going to bring home, but she never does and ive been waiting for like a week now or some shiznit. im starting to think shes hording them all for herself. damn you candy canes, why must you be so mintily delicious?

the early bird catches the sleeping sickness
oof, today begins what i call the dark ages (i dont really but work with me here) because when i wake up in the mornings its still dark out. yep, that means school is back.

i cant say im overly excited about going to school again, but i guess itll give me something to do other than just sitting around. today is registration for classes, and since my schedule is a mess, i have to go in around 9-ish to try and fix it. the reason im up so early right now is becuase my car is in the shop and i had to pull myself out of bed to take my mom and two younger brothers over to the highschool. mom works there as a teacher, and my brothers are there to get somethin' called an edumacation. i wouldnt know about that.

so yeah, im sitting here at 8:20 AM writing to my blog to waste time before i go back over at 9. my eyes are drooping just bad too since i was up really late last night (you bastards). this sucks. i spent all of my vacation staying up half the night, and now i have to go to bed around 11 or so if i dont want to be dead tired in the mornings.

needless to say i cant wait for the summer.

meh, the new school semester is getting closer and closer. only one more day of laziness, and a short little weekend before i have to start doing something again.

the past week hasnt been too bad, but i still felt like i didnt have enough time to do anything i wanted. i know that sounds retarded because all i do is sit around, but my freedom is always compromised by my family. as soon as they come home from school or work, i have to adjust my routine to fit their needs instead of mine. that doesnt even sound right, but i know what im talking about at least.

one of these days here i need to get over to the school store and buy new books for my classes. the only problem is that i dont have a vehicle so im not too sure how im going to get to the school, but ill figure something out.

well my car is in the shop with a broken tailpipe, and im still waiting for the parts to come in for it. the lady from the dealership called today and told me that the earliest anything will be sent is monday or tuesday of next week. so now i get to go allllll week without a car, plus probably most of next week when i have school at 8 in the morning. i am so pumped right now.

dance the night away
i worked most of the day yesterday, and then afterwards went cruising around with some of my friends. my one friend got a new car which was pretty cool, but i cant remember what model it is. all i know is its a subaru and apparently its pretty nice becuase you can drive it in a few racing games i know of. at least thats what he told me.

after cruising we all came back to Reier's place, which is right accross the street from my house. i usually just hang out there in his basement and talk about porno or whatever. tonight tho we had some plan to go to this new dance club that opened in the next town over. i wasnt too excited about it because i was kind of tired and had crap i wanted to do at home here, and we were all waiting around anyway for some of the other guys to show up. i left around 11:30 to go home, which was kind of pathetic, and i think most everyone else stuck around at reiers to see what was going to happen. i guess tho no one showed up until really late and then they didnt even go to the club anyway, so i didnt miss out on anything. one of these nights we're going to have to go there and check the place out.

man so then even when i came home early, i still ended up being awake all night, which wasnt bad i guess but yeah. i got to sleep a little bit anyway.

i have another whole week of school off which is awesome. i think my brothers all go back too so i get the house to myself again. i mean, i like having my family around and all, but i need some time alone once in a while. and after like what, 2 or 3 weeks, they start to get on your nerves. maybe i should move out?

nah, i cant afford to. being a bum is too much fun to give up on anyway.

its only the 2nd today? man it seems like forever since yesterday, but only one day has passed since the new year started. i cant believe it.

so my car is down at the shop getting fixed apparently, but i havent heard anything so im not sure when im going to be able to go pick it up. i was counting on today for it to be done, but now its snowing out pretty good and itd be nasty to drive down to the dealership. i might have to wait until tomarrow to get my car back; which means ill have to bum a ride with my friend to work. oh well, its not like i really drive anywhere anyway.

hmm what else... oh my dad is messing around with our satellite tv, so occassionally it will go off and i have nothing to do. somehow the satellite is connected with our internet and it gets shut off too. im hoping he finishes whatever the hell hes doing this afternoon so i can still go online tonight.
