Andrew Adamson, one of Shrek 1 & 2 directors, worked in Batman & Robin, Batman Forever, Toys and A Time to kill in the Visual effects department. Shrek was his first chance as a director. He even lent his voice to some characters, to the Duloc Mascot in Shrek 1 and to Captain of the Guards in Shrek 2. |
Kelly Asbury
Shrek 2 Co-director
Kelly Asbury, one of Shrek 2 director, directed Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. He worked on Shrek 1, Toy Story, The Little Mermaid, and James and the Giant Peach as a story artist. In Shrek 2 he voiced some characters, Page, Elf, Nobleman and Nobleman’s son. |
Conrad Vernon

Conrad Vernon, one of Shrek 2 directors, also directed Morto the Magician. Conrad is the Gingerbread Man’s voice and also Cedric, Announcer, Muffin Man and Mongo in Shrek 2. Vernon voiced Jed in Disney’s Sinbad. |
Raman Hui

Raman Hui is Shrek's 3 co-director and was supervising animator for Shrek 1 and 2, as well as for Antz. He directed the 2000 short Fat Cat on a Diet and Sleepy Guy. Also, Mr. Hui did some visual effects for Batman Forever and The Arrival. In 2003, he voiced the character of Jin in Sinbad. |
