I'm currently working at the Fullerton Hotel as a Guest Relations Executive. My job as a supervisor is to ensure that all aspects pertaining to the Front Desk runs smoothly. I have been at the hotel for a year. I started out as a Guest Services Assistant and was recently promoted to a Guest Relations Executive.

While working for the Fullerton Hotel, I was attached to various departments of the Rooms Division. I have experience with Housekeeping, Security, Concierge, Telephone Operator, Club Floor as well as the Business Centre.

At the same time, I'm currently pursuing my degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with Edith Cowan University.

Coupled with the theory learnt during my course and the experience I have working at the Fullerton, I believe that I can be a productive and efficient worker in your organisation.
