Maxell DVD-R 1-4x

[burnt using TDK880N f/w 1.33 RPC1]

Verbatim DVD-R 1-2x(15 pieces for $28)

15 pieces for S$28. value for money, if you don't mind its low speed.

Burnt using Aopen DRW8800(official Aopen fw ver 1.10/Pioner 107D oem). I wonder why PI/PO values so high?
I burnt one more today (20June2004) using official f/w 1.13 and this is what i got:better PI/PO!

Below is the older Verbatim 2x Dvd-r which i think no longer on sale...

burnt using TDK440N ( cantg remember which f.w.)

Sony DVD+R 1-4x

burnt at 6x using TDK880N f/w ver 1.33 rpc1 by the Dangerous Brother.

TDK DVD-R 1-4x( Taiyo Yuden)

Burnt at 8x using NEC2510 oem (stock f/w 2.15 rpc1 by the Dangerous Brother) .very good quality!

APPLE 4x DVD-R ($18 for 5 @AppleStore)

Apple is using Maxell disc.

burnt at 4x using Aopen DDW8800/APP(Pioneer 107D OEm)(f/w 1.10). also very good quality!

SONY DVD-R 1-4x

burnt at 4x on LG4082B (f/w A204 RPC1).

burnt 4x with Nec2510 oem ( f/w 2.15 rpc1 by the Dangerous Brother).
