ok, now first of all, ill tell you who I think the best starter is: Torchic. It has the best overall attack, and its final evolution looks the coolest. Mudkip has the best defense, but thats not going to help you beat the Elite Four. Treecko is a mix of the two, but it has alot of weaknesses. Ill post all of the attacks of each pokemon's attacks soon.
