Welcome to the official OOC website! A quick over view of what OOC is, is a bunch of normal kids living in a very boring town looking for some excitement. OOC members range from the ages of 13-18 and are located on the South Shore of Massachusetts. OOC is really about doing stupid stuff, that other people think is funny.
