INTRODUCTION
In the 1930s prohibition transformed Chicago into a city of crime. One tyranical leader was above the law. But could the murder of an innocent barman, lead his grieving wife to assist a detective in bringing down Chicago's most untouchable man. It is the time of injustice. It is the time of Al Capone.

2007: CAPONE
We open in inner-city Chicago. Al Capone, the untouchable man, is surrounded by his thugs who do his dirty work for him and his wimpy accountant. Anyone who gets in his way, gets a bat to the head, if they're lucky!

Capone enters a local milkbar where the barman and his wife serve customers. Capone offers the barman illegal alcohol and the barman refuses not wishing to break the law. Capone is infuriated by his rejection and has one of his thugs shoot the barman dead.

Detective Elliot Ness walks in, just too late. Capone's accountant jumps to the floor after hearing the shot and foolishly loses an important page of information from his illegal books. The barman's wife, distraught on the floor, notices it and picks it up.

Capone and his accountant enter his casino and celebrate the height of Capone's power with all his gangsters.

Capone's girlfriend and her showgirls give the boys a show of their own.

Outside the Chicago police department, the Barman's Wife is trying to decide whether to risk her own safety in handing the evidence, knowing very well it won't be enough to convict and Capone will come after her. Deciding to do what's right she hands it over to Elliot Ness.

Ness, now seeing that it is Capone's tax accounts that will be the only way to convict him, confronts Capone. However Capone's thugs threaten Ness himself. He retreats and orders his police to go after the accountant, whilst Capone orders his gangsters to kill Ness.

The Valentine's Day masacre takes place and gangsters meet policemen. Ness chases after the Accountant defeating Capone's head thugs, and in the accountants fear, he bumps into Ness and immediately hands over the Taxbook.

Capone is immediately arrested and convicted. Ness walks Capone down his to his jail cell where Capone looks over the life now lost.
