Important message from the Vice President
Michael Schreiner: Lights Out!
Well folks, the bills keep coming but the money stopped coming a month ago. I'm willing to bet you the 140 families (out of 208) who haven't paid the association dues are enjoying the lighted entrances, the beautiful swimming pool and the landscaped common areas. I'll bet you like what these things do for your property values too!
So far this year we have collected $16,755. Our bills year-to-date from May 7th (when the current board took office) have totalled $13,215. You do the math. Our bills average $3,300 a month. We've got $3,539.87 left. November 1st the lights go out, the grass gets knee high the pool water turns green, and your property values sink. Pretty grim huh? This isn't a contrived sales pitch. This is reality folks. That is why this article is on the front page. If you are a paid member and you have a neighbor that is not, go talk to them. Ask them why they aren't paying their fair share. Ask them if it's fair to have your property devalued because they won't do the right thing. All unpaid dues of $225 need to be remitted immediately to:

And do it now before it's to late! Because once the lights go out and the HOA becomes insolvent, there's no turning back.
