A Brief History/Description:
Living in Canada for awhile, he finally desided to move to California. Being a master at Cybernetics and Electricity, he easily travels the world, seeing all, and knowing all. Becoming either radiowaves or/and electric energy, he can enter a computer from almost anywhere, or travel travel through the air (which is way too draining on him, so he rarely does it).
Using satellites, wires, connections, metal, and other things like that, he can transfer anywhere. When he desides to return to normal, he can exit the computer from almost anywhere, and rematerialise as himself.
Being that powerful, with the right set of satellites and connections, he could take over the world's cybernetics, and fatally destroy the planet's civilizations.
Other: He is extremely intelligent, so his able to pick things up in a short period of time. Victor is a black belt in Taekwon-Do and a undefeated kickboxing champion. Brennan is one of the top 100 most powerful mutants. He has been through alot in his lifetime.
Electric Energy: Brennan is a tough, street-smart wise guy in his early 20s-with the amazing ability to generate enough electricity from his own body to power a small city. A fast talking cavalier with an ingratiating grin, Brennan is a master of electricity.
Propelling his electric energy from his hands, he has been able to fly for short periods of time. He can also comsume/absorb electricity into his own body.
He is also able to create energy fields around his body, therefore, permitting him to touch even Rogue for period of time up to 4 minutes before having to recharge again, which can take up to 1 hour.
Communication with Cybernetics: With the ability to communicate with cybernetics, Brennan's life has been greatly enriched with wealth and power. Having made certain stocks in the stockmarkets go up or down, he has made a bundle of cash.
Radiowave Transformation/Creation: Brennan has the ability to create or transform into AM and FM wave. Taking over radio and television stations has made his life alittle more exciting. Besides using this power for amusement, he also uses it for traveling through computers in a energy-like state.
True Invulnerability: Brennan is lucky he has a very high level of damage resistance. Fore without it, he would die while traveling through the cybernetics.
